This session gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, build rapport, set expectations for working together and decide on whether we are a good fit to work for each other. Don't worry! This session is just to see if wellness coaching would be a good fit for you and if I would be the best coach for you! I will not know if I can help you until after the consultation.
